Do I have to use your internet to use Zali?

No. Zali works on any connection, and every card machine has its own SIM with free data. Our business internet is there if you want one provider for everything, with LTE backup built in.

Can I keep my current phone number?

Yes. We port your existing number across, usually within five working days, and your old line keeps working until the switch.

What happens during load shedding?

Card machines run on battery and approve chip and tap payments offline. With our load-shedding kit your router and tills stay powered so the whole counter keeps trading.

How long does installation take?

Most single-counter shops are installed and trained in under three hours. Larger sites with kiosks and kitchen screens are planned with you in advance.
