06How to make a request
Complete Form 2, available from the Information Regulator, and send it to our Information Officer by email or by hand. Include enough detail for us to identify the record, the form of access you want, and how you would like to be contacted.
07Fees
A request fee and access fee may apply, as set out in the PAIA regulations. We will tell you what applies before any work begins.
08Grounds for refusal
We may refuse access where the Act allows, for example to protect the privacy of a third party, commercial information, or confidential information of a third party.
