Can I rent instead of buying?
Yes. Buy your hardware outright, or rent it monthly with swap-outs included. Either way you pay a percentage on each card sale, with no minimum turnover. Software plans are optional and cancel any time.
How is my rate worked out?
On the first of every month we look at your previous three calendar months of card sales and set your rate from the tier table above. Sell more, pay less. It never goes up mid-month.
When do I get my money?
Twice a day, at 09:00 and 13:00, to any South African bank account, including weekends and public holidays. Each payout costs a flat R2,50.
Does the machine work without signal?
Yes. Chip and tap payments are approved offline and settled when the machine reconnects. Swipe and refunds need a connection.
Can I switch from a bank or another provider?
Most merchants are live within two days of ordering. Your products and stock import from a spreadsheet, and we'll help you move loyalty balances across.
What's the return policy?
30 days, no questions, full refund on the hardware. Fees already paid on sales are not refundable, because you kept the money.
