Does connecting an integration cost extra?

Payments, Shopify, WooCommerce and the accounting integrations are included on the Grow and Multi plans. Partner fees, such as Payfast or Ozow transaction fees, are charged by the partner.

How often does stock sync with my web store?

Continuously. A sale at the till updates the web store within seconds, and an online order deducts stock on the shop floor the same way.

Which accounting packages do you support?

Sage Business Cloud Accounting, Xero and QuickBooks Online. We map your sales, cash, fees and VAT to your chart of accounts during setup.

Who sets the integrations up?

We do, as part of installation. Your specialist connects each account with you and checks the first day of syncing.

Can my developer use the API?

Yes. Request API access and we will issue sandbox keys and documentation. Production keys are issued once your build is tested.
