0130-day return

If you bought hardware and change your mind, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the hardware price. It must be complete, with its charger and box, and not damaged.

02How to return

  • Email support@zalipos.co.za with your order number.
  • We send a free courier collection label.
  • Your refund is paid to your original payment method within 7 working days of us receiving the unit.

0312-month warranty

All Zali hardware carries a 12-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, including the six-month implied warranty of quality, apply in addition where you qualify.

04Swap-outs

If a unit under warranty, or any rented unit, stops working, we send a replacement set up with your data, usually within 48 hours, and collect the faulty unit at the same time.

05What is not covered

  • Damage from drops, liquid, or power surges.
  • Wear to screens and casings from normal use.
  • Units opened or repaired by anyone other than Zali.
  • Loss or theft.
